Frozen Yogurt Cones

Frozen Yogurt Cones are a new kind of dessert that is slowly spreading among the kids. This dessert is easy to make and delicious to snack on.

Ingredients
  

  • 2/3 cups Strawberries
  • 1,5 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted melted butter
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 pint Strawberry flavored frozen yogurt

Instructions
 

  • With the help of an adult, preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Mix all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar together.
  • With the help of an adult, add strawberries in a processor to get puree or simply use a hand blender to get the puree.
  • Now, add the puree, vanilla extract, milk, butter, and eggs in the dry mixture. Mix well so no lumps are left.
  • With the help of an adult, get a deep tray, cover it with a foil paper, cut X’s on the foil paper and place ice cream cone molds into these X’s.
  • Now, fill these cones about halfway with the mixture we made.
  • Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, check with a toothpick when done. Take the help of an adult in this step.
  • Take out the cones from the oven once done. Let it cool for 10 – 15 minutes.
  • As the cones are cooled down, fill the frosting pipe with frozen yogurt.
  • Now, pipe the frozen yogurt onto these cone cupcakes and garnish with strawberry slices.
