Noodle Paneer Balls

Noodle Paneer Balls is an eastern cuisine, famous in the countries of India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and etc. Paneer is a non-melting soft cheese usually made at home in the Indian sub-continent. This recipe is loved by children because it has all their favorite ingredients like noodles, cheese, and a good crunch.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 packs Rice Noodles
  • 2 blocks Paneer
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • Oil deep frying

Instructions
 

  • Boil water on the stove and add noodles in it.
  • When the noodles are boiled, strain it well and add them in a bowl.
  • Add salt, pepper, all-purpose flour, and water in the bowl.
  • Mix them well, you can use spatula or hands to mix them well.
  • Now spread the mixture evenly on a foil sheet.
  • Take paneer blocks and cut them in small squares equally. Take an adult’s help while using a knife.
  • Divide the noodle sheet into equal squares, double the size of paneer squares.
  • Now, take one square of noodles, put in one cube of paneer, and turn the noodles into a ball. You can use a little bit of oil, water, or egg to help it making stick stronger.
  • With the help of an adult, take a frying pan and add oil in it for deep frying. Once hot, put these noodle paneer balls into the frying pan and fry them on medium-low flame. Fry till it becomes golden brown.
  • Take these noodles balls out and serve hot.
