Boil water on the stove and add noodles in it.
When the noodles are boiled, strain it well and add them in a bowl.
Add salt, pepper, all-purpose flour, and water in the bowl.
Mix them well, you can use spatula or hands to mix them well.
Now spread the mixture evenly on a foil sheet.
Take paneer blocks and cut them in small squares equally. Take an adult’s help while using a knife.
Divide the noodle sheet into equal squares, double the size of paneer squares.
Now, take one square of noodles, put in one cube of paneer, and turn the noodles into a ball. You can use a little bit of oil, water, or egg to help it making stick stronger.
With the help of an adult, take a frying pan and add oil in it for deep frying. Once hot, put these noodle paneer balls into the frying pan and fry them on medium-low flame. Fry till it becomes golden brown.
Take these noodles balls out and serve hot.
