- 1 small pumpkin
- 10 g shallots chopped
- 15 g soy sauce
- 25 g oil
Instructions
- Peel and cut the pumpkin into halves. Then take the pumpkin seeds out. And the cut the pumpkin into small pieces.[parent]
- Heat the pan and add some oil, then add the shallot, and cook for 2 mins. Then add the pumpkin and cook for about 3 mins. Then add the soy sauce.
- And the add some water to the pan and cook for about 20 mins.
