Fajitas are healthy snacks and kids love to cook them because with adult supervision they are super easy to make.
Ingredients
- 4 servings Fajita Chicken
- 1 jar Salsa Sauce
- 2 ripe Avocados
- 1 tsp Lime juice
- Bell peppers red, green, and yellow, 2 each
- 4 leaves Spinach
- 4 Tortillas
- Grated cheese optional
- Sour cream optional
Instructions
- With adult supervision, cut the avocados in half and remove the stone from inside. Now, scoop the avocado out of the shell and mash with a fork to make a smooth paste. Put 1 tsp lemon juice in it and add some black pepper powder.
- Take all the bell peppers and spinach and cut them in thin slices. This is to be done with adult supervision.
- Heat the tortilla wraps according to the package information.
- Now, it’s time for the favorite part – the assembling of contents. Take one tortilla wrap, spread salsa sauce on it. Then, spread guacamole and put the fajita chicken on top. Now, top it with bell peppers, spinach, grated cheese, and sour cream. Wrap it up nice.
- Repeat step #4 with all other tortilla wraps. In the end, put some grated cheese on above and microwave it for 10 seconds. Your fajita wraps are ready to serve.
