Maggie noodles bars are a snack originated from Indian Sub-continent. These are fried bars of Maggie noodles, served during evening tea session at a desi household. These bars are super easy to make and with adult supervision, kids enjoy to make themselves a snack out of their favorite snacks i.e maggie noodles.
Maggie Bars
Maggie noodles bars are a snack originated from Indian Sub-continent. These are fried bars of Maggie noodles, served during evening tea session at a desi household. These bars are super easy to make and with adult supervision, kids enjoy to make themselves a snack out of their favorite snacks i.e maggie noodles.
Ingredients
- 2 packs Maggie Noodles
- 2 packs Maggie Noodles tastemaker
- 3 tbsp Corn Flour
- 5 tbsp Water
- Salt and pepper According to taste
Instructions
- Boil water and add 2 packs of Maggie noodles.
- Once boiled, strain them well and add the boiled noodles in a bowl.
- Add 2 packs of tastemaker, 3 tbsp of cornflour, and some water to mix well. Now add salt and pepper, mix again.
- Once mixed properly, spread the Maggie noodles on a foil paper and make it even on the surface using a spoon. Make sure the width stays a minimum of 2 cm or more.
- Cover the Maggie sheet with another foil paper and roll the ends.
- Now refrigerate it for half hour.
- Now take it out of the fridge and cut long bars of Maggie sheets. It will come out between 6 to 9 pieces.
- Now deep fry them on low to medium flame till it gets golden brown.
