Classic S’mores
S’mores is very popular around the globe and people have now come up with different ways of making them. But nothing can beat the classic s’mores.
Ingredients
- 8 pairs Graham Crackers or any other crackers that you like
- 1 bar divided into 8 pieces Frozen Hershey’s Chocolate bar or any other that you like
- 8 pieces Marshmallows large
Instructions
- Take a foil paper and spread it in the working area. Handling marshmallows are a bit tricky so we need to make it mess-free.
- Place 8 graham crackers next to each other with an interval of spaces.
- Now, with the help of an elder, place two frozen pieces of chocolate bar in microwave and warm it for less than 5 seconds. We don’t want to melt the chocolate; we just want to make it soft.
- Take out the chocolate from the oven and with the help of spatula, place each piece on each cracker. Basically, you are working on two s’mores at one time.
- Now, Put one big marshmallow on a skewer and with the help of an elder, toast it on the burner. Once it starts soft and a golden brown, put the skewer on the soft chocolate on the cracker and with the help of plain cracker on the top, squish the marshmallow by pulling it off the skewer with both crackers.
- Repeat step #3 – #5 with the rest of the crackers. And enjoy your classic s’mores
Notes
S’mores are fun to make and even better to eat. A three-ingredient dessert surely will make your day. First of all, wash your hands and make sure your elder help sanitizes the working area.
