- 4 shallot
- 1/2 bowl oil
- 7 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 100 g fine dry noodles
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Cut the shallots into small pieces.[parent]
- Add light soy sauce, oyster, and sugar to a big bowl.
- Heat the pan, then add some oil. After 2-3 mins, add the shallots, and cook for about 4-5 mins.
- Add mixed sauce, and whisk thoroughly. And then pour the sauce to a big bowl.
- Heat the pan, and add some oil, then crack an egg and add it to the pan. Cook for about 2 mins each side.
- Boil water, and then add noodles. Cook for about 8 mins.
- Take noodles out of pan, and put into the big bowl. Then put the egg over the noodles.
